We are a seller of Residential Service Contracts looking for an Inbound Sales Representative with VSC or Home Warranty Sales experience to join our team and help drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting customers in finding the best solutions for their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly and creatively to provide customers with the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product information and pricing to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Agree, Isolate, Overcome, Ask!

• VSC/Home Warranty Sales Experience Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
